Victor leads the coordination and execution of all clinical and on-site simulation education, as well as assessing and supporting external vendors for compliance with policies and procedures. Prior to joining BONE, Victor worked in bioskills specimen management, facility management, and compliance at Kelly Services and Johnson & Johnson where he managed a team of 70+ across the U.S. the country.
